Census Bureau: More women than men in Middlebury in 2017


Of the 7,024 people living in Middlebury in 2017, 53.2 percent (3,737) were women and 46.8 percent (3,287) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Vermont Business Daily.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 2,651-to-2,467. In the 65 years and over age range, there were 715 females and 418 males.
